Mikeya & Dominick's Engagement Portrait Session
"If he... makes you laugh, kisses your forehead, says he's sorry, makes an effort, holds your hand, works hard, attempts to understand you... then, believe it or not, he's quite perfect."
Couples like Mikeya & Dominick make me really want to photograph more couples sessions. I just love the chemistry between the two of them. They wanted a portrait session to celebrate their recent engagement. Dominick proposed in front of family and friends at a dinner that she THOUGHT was to celebrate his birthday. And of course she said yes. The way he makes her smile and laugh, and the way he looks at her, you just know they were meant to be.
I had a fantastic time hanging out with them at Thompson Station Park. I thought we might have to cancel because of the weather, but we were able to finish between moments of light rain. They made it easy to capture the connection between the two of them and were so fun to photograph. I am certain they will have a gorgeous wedding day and a long and happy marriage.
