Scarlett's Fairy Tea Party Second Birthday | Spring Hill, TN Photographer
What impressed me the most was probably the food. Such beautiful, delicious food! Apparently, Scarlett's mom Nicole is not only very talented herself, but has very talented friends & family as well. The cake, cupcakes and cake pops were made by Nicole's friend, Cindy Walker. The "never grow up" cake flag and the flower cookies were made by her sister, Erin Percy. The edible butterflies on the cake were purchased on Amazon.
The little touches that Nicole put into the party were just adorable. Favors for the little fairy guests included fairy wings, fairy wands, headbands, tutus, pixie dust and adorable little strawberry pots. Nicole purchased the fairy wings and headbands at the Dollar Store and then glued flowers to them and added silver glitter. The pixie dust jars were purchased from the dollar bins at Target and she filled them with pink sanding sugar and added tags. The strawberry pots were purchased at Target from the dollar bins and Nicole added moss and glued the tag to a toothpick to make them look like flowers. There was even a cute little pixie tent purchased from Marshalls with added vines and flowers.
The table decor and room decor was all done by Nicole and Sheryl. The table cloths and chair covers were purchased at efavormart.com. For the tables, Nicole purchased silver chargers from the Dollar Store. She used her grandmothers china, and tea cups purchased on amazon. The beautiful rose centerpieces were made by Sheryl. She glued sticks from the backyard to clear vases and then used fresh roses in the vases. They used silk flowers and fairy lights purchased at save-on-crafts.com throughout the rest of the room.
If fairy's weren't your thing, Nicole had you covered with pirate favors as well. The pirate swords, hats, and chocolate gold coins were purchased at Target. The pirate tent was designed by Erin Percy and Sheryl Emmanuele and all the pirate printables were found online for free. Also, if you are wondering what big brother does to entertain himself at little sister's fairy party, then having a sword fight with the photographer is a good guess.
As if all those favors were enough fun, a special surprise guest showed up. Tinkerbell was lots of fun showing some of her fairy magic to the kids and doing some face painting.
This was my first time meeting little Scarlett, but just from observation, I'd say that mom could not have picked a better party theme for her. This sweet girl was happy just sitting and having tea for as long as her guests would let her. Have you ever seen anything so cute?
