The Cowan Family chose to have their family photos made in their own backyard, which is a wonderful way to have photos in a place where your family is comfortable and to capture those memories with your own home as the backdrop.  The Cowan's are one of my oldest clients and Liz is one of the amazing teachers at my children's elementary school.  Little Nick is a doll and told me all about his upcoming trip to Disney World.  Since we were at the Cowan's home, we were able to include their family dogs in some of the shots...though this was not particularly easy as they were lighting fast.  I even got my lens licked at one point. LOL.

Another thing I was excited about when I got to their back yard....the trampoline.  So. Much. Fun.
